From October 17th to 19th, the grand event of global wind power, the Beijing International Wind Power Conference and Exhibition (CWP2023), took place at the China International Exhibition Center in Beijing (Shunyi Pavilion). In recent years, with the increasing demand for lightweight high-strength materials in the wind power sector, PGTEX has been accelerating the research and development and layout of high-performance fiber composite materials. In 2021, the company successfully established the first domestic production line for large tow carbon fibers with a single-line capacity of 3,000 tons per year, effectively addressing the technical challenges in stable large tow carbon fiber production in China. Currently, in the wind power sector, the company's customers encompass the world's top ten wind turbine manufacturers and blade manufacturers, with a 30% international market share in wind power material fabrics.
